The 5 pillars achievement bands

ENTRY LEVEL
Upon entry to the program kids will receive a band saying “You are Love, You are Seen, You are Heard.”
The achievement is showing up.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
The gold band is awarded to participants showcasing commitment to spiritual growth through activities like mindfulness, reflection, and engagement with the program's spiritual components.
Goals to reach:
Engage in daily scripture reading.
Regularly attend youth group meetings.
Dedicate daily time to prayer.
Journal regularly in the Overcome Journal.
Participate in Overcome Word of the Day.
Become immersed in a supportive Community.

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
Participants actively involved in creating a supportive community, attending group sessions, and demonstrating empathy receive the turquoise bracelet as a symbol of their dedication to fostering a positive environment.
Goals to reach:
Participate in a minimum of one weekly class.
Actively seek new friendships.
Offer assistance to others in problem-solving.
Socialize with OP friends beyond gym sessions.
Dedicate time to listen and engage with others.
Contribute to community outreach initiatives.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL HEALTH
Recognize those prioritizing physical and mental well-being through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and engagement in mental health activities with the green bracelet.
Goals:
Participate in a minimum of one weekly class.
Actively seek new friendships through various activities.
Offer assistance to others in problem-solving. - Socialize with original friends beyond gym sessions.
Dedicate time to listen and engage with others.
Contribute to community outreach initiatives.
Substance Free

Award the white bracelet to participants who consistently demonstrate a commitment to a substance-free lifestyle, actively engaging in education, prevention, and making informed choices.
Goals:
Commit to living a substance-free life.
Engage in offer prevention education.

Setting realistic goals.
Engage in supportive environment.
Engage in one on one counseling.
Sometimes medical assistance.

SERVE OTHERS & DISCOVER PURPOSE
Participants engaged in acts of service, contributing positively to their communities, and discovering their purpose receive the purple bracelet as a symbol of their selfless efforts.
Goals:
Volunteer at your local church.
Volunteer to serve others with an Organization.
Serve your neighbors.
Help local fundraisers.
Explore and discover your, “Made for More”.
Gift your (Black) entry level BAND to someone you know who needs to be reminded, “You are Loved, You are Seen, You are Heard”.
Not all the GOAL markers need to be met to achieve BRACELET ACHIEVEMENT as we know God has us all on unique paths. But growth in each of THE 5 PILLARS is essential to receive BRACELET ACHIEVEMENT. By wearing these bracelets, participants not only showcase their achievements but also inspire others in the program. Regularly reviewing and updating the bracelet colors based on participants' ongoing progress will reinforce a sense of accomplishment and encourage continuous growth within the gym program.
